Return & Refund Policy
As our products are perishable, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:
- If you receive an incorrect product
- If the product arrives damaged or tampered with
In such cases, we reserve the right to:
- Request product identification
- Assess if the product has been damaged, misused, or used
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for us to address any concerns, as the items are perishable. If contacted after this time frame, we will be unable to assist.
Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the transaction on Super Hydrate. The refunded amount will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days, following standard banking procedures.
We take great care to ensure that no expired products are sold. If you do receive an expired product, we will issue a gift voucher worth 10 times the product value as compensation.
Please note: Products that are not expired or damaged are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
For expiry dates listed in MM/YY format, the product will remain valid until the last day of the specified month. For example, a product with an expiry date of 01/21 will be valid until January 31, 2021.
