We deliver within the UAE, KSA, Oman and Qatar and shipping charges may apply based on factors such as delivery location, product weight, and order value. Shipping costs will be calculated and informed before your transaction is completed.

Key Shipping Guidelines:

  • Each order will be shipped to a single destination as specified during checkout. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
  • Orders are shipped from our facility to various locations across the UAE, KSA, Oman and Qatar. Our goal is to ship products within 3-5 business days after order and payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times typically range from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Important Notes:

  • If the delivery is delayed or returned due to an error in the shipping details provided (e.g., incorrect name or address), any additional costs for re-delivery will be the customer's responsibility.
  • If your package appears tampered with, damaged, or opened, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@superhydraid.com, mentioning your order reference number. Wait for written clarification from us within 24-48 hours.
